Who We are

“The Emergency Committee to Save The Persecuted and Enslaved” (ECSPE)” is established by Keith Davies, a former Executive Director of Rescue Christians, and Farrukh Harrison (Saif ), the head of the Farrukh Saif Foundation. Both Keith Davies and Farrukh Saif decided to merge their efforts to help and save the persecuted minorities in countries where they are being persecuted.

The focus of the organization is to work in countries where Minorities are facing persecution due to their faith. ECSPE has focused to fight against the Blasphemy Laws, forced conversions, rape and abduction and especially the main focus is to liberate and set free the modern days Salves from the brick kilns in Pakistan, Bangladesh and India.

The history of our success of the Merged Organization Farrukh Saif Foundation:

In 2009, for 6 straight weeks, we mobilized our teams to help provide health care services to the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Khayber Pakhtoon Khawa (NWFP).

During the flood of 2010 in Sindh and Punjab Pakistan, which was the largest water disaster in the history of the country, our teams were able to reach and rescue the victims where the rescue vehicles could not reach. Our teams worked day and night to help the victims of the flood.

In 2010, We started campaigning against the misuse of the Blasphemy law by providing legal support to the victims of this controversial laws.

Between 2014 and 2018 we saved over 35,000 people from slavery, not only did we free them but we provided a new job that paid a living wage, a new home they could afford to rent and initial basic requirements as well as partnered with local educational charities to get the children a proper education.  100% of the victims we have saved have never returned to slavery because we have tackled the actual issues of slavery/poverty required for permanent success.  No other international charity has come close to what we have achieved with the limited resources versus the success we have had on this issue. We have provided the fishing rod not just the fish. Our goal for the next few years is to save 100,000 families which will be over 700,000 people, which includes about 500,000 children.

In 2014, Farrukh Saif started working for the Pakistani Asylum Seekers in Thailand by providing food and other necessary supplies to Asylum seekers and Refugees and did tremendous work to save hundreds of families. Because of his tireless work, the UNHCR started scheduling the RSD interviews of the families who had filed their asylum.

In 2015, after knowing the grave situation in the Immigration Detention Center (Bangkok), Farrukh Saif started providing food to the Pakistani Christians and Ahmadi Community for 7 months regularly.

In March, 2015, when hundreds of Asylum seekers were arrested, we felt our responsibility to submit the fine of 100s of people to avoid the Jail imprisonment.

In May,2015, we were able to bail out more than 70 people after paying 50,000 Thai-Baht (1600$) for each person.

In July,2015, our legal team was able to acquit Arif Yousaf from the jail, who was arrested in 2013. After two years of Continuous struggle of our lawyers, we were able to get him free from the Blasphemy charges.
